Check out some youth GB Athletes doing some Power Clean and Press from a while back.  This is an exercise that I love for overall power, coordination, stability, and fitness. 

Remember these Simple Principles for Health and Fitness:

Exercise/Move on a regular basis, even if it is only 5 minutes at a time.

Control your Food.  It is just like the old saying: Do you eat to live, or do you live to eat.

Be Thankful / Grateful.  I was just reading this morning some more great research on how being being Grateful helps to improve your health1

Give.  Find a way to simply give and help others.  Simple, yet very powerful in helping others of course, but also you get a great return in your own health and life1
