5, 10, 15, 20, …. Go as far up as you can, or want to for: Squats, Pushup Leg ‘Tucks. *do 5 squats, 5 pushup leg tucks, then 10 of each, and so on
Check out this cool Santa Pancake we made for the boys last Saturday morning. Basically it is just a pancake covered with whip cream, m&ms, and strawberries to make the “santa” face. The boys loved it and I have to admit mom and dad enjoyed one too!
You know there really is nothing healthy about this breakfast we had. Even the pancake mix was “unhealthy” as it was just some regular ole “enriched” flour mix. Still though we ate one each and had a big time with the whole thing. But we dont eat a breakfast like this the majority of the time.
Remember with Nutrition it is not about being perfect. Yes eating healthier is very important. At the same time though dont put yourself under law and under condemnation. Be wise. Make smarter, healthier choices most of the time. Control your quantity all the time, or at least most of the time. And when you want to make those “less than best” food choices, go ahead. Just make sure those choices are the “out of the norm”, and the better healthier choices are the majority!
ENCOURAGING WORD FOR THE DAY– You “GET TO” control food, and in that you can still have some “fun” foods that may not be healthy without letting them control you.
