GB Nutrition- Eat some meat, veggies, fruits, cut back on the grains, drink mostly and or only water. Now thats pretty simple!
GB DW (daily workout)- in 8 minutes go as far as you can: 5,10,15,…. Squats, pushups, walkn lunges, supercrunch. *do 5 reps of all, then 10 of all, and so on.
