In order to start off the new year on a strong note we will be having a 3 MONTH HEALTH CHALLENGE for Charity.  this challenge will not only help you to get control of your health and life and make some great health improvements, but also will give you the opportunity to help others.  All proceeds raised from this challenge will go straight to the Carroll County Foster Kids. 

What a great opportunity.  You can challenge yourself to improve your health and basically set your own goals.  We have all the info available if you want to take part.  If you do want to see great health improvements over the next 3 months and also want to be a “giver” and help children who truly need helping, then respond back to me and i can send you all the info.
