Pecans (and yes it is pronounced “pee-cans”)  We grow many many acres down in Garfield so we can choose their pronunciation!! ha ha!

Coconut Oil

Canned “Alaskan” Salmon – i learned just now from this site that if it says “Alaskan” on can, supposedly has to be “wild caught” and not “farmed”.  Also “Sockeye” salmon supposedly has to be “wild caught” too.

So there are several “SUPERFOODS”  that you can pretty easily get your hands on, and they will help you to take control of your health and life!!
