50 / 100 reps each of: Squat, Pushup, Walking Lunges, Sit-ups. Perform in any order, for Fastest Time.
This is Murphy, or as we call him here at God-Built: Big Murph! Big Murph is a freshman in college this year and playing football. He is one of our GB athletes that worked out with us this summer in preparation for his first year of college football. He is a fine young man, talented, has a very good Work Ethic, and loves the Lord!
Murphy worked his butt off this summer in here with us, and on his own and it is paying off for him big time now. (**Also we know that Murphy had the support and dedication of 2 great parents and some great coaches along the way that all played a big part in his life.) Check out this Testimony we recieved from his mom:
“Hey, we just wanted you to know how much we appreciate you working with Murphy this summer. He made the varsity squad last week as second-string DE. This week he has been moved to a first string position and is scheduled to start in their game this Saturday!
Thanks again for all that you do and HOW you do it!!!!”
Wow now that is awesome. We are super pleased with the results Murphy has gotten and so thankful for him and his parents allowing God-Built to be a part of helping him to be all that God has gifted him to be. ONe thing I want to remind everyone of though is that his results are directly attributed first and foremost to the gift of athletic ability that God freely gave him, and then his willingness to Work Hard CONSISTENTLY for years in order to bring out the best that was already inside him.
We should all be more like Big Murph in this:
1. Know that God loves us and inside of us He has given us super power and authority to WIN in our health and lives.
2. Apply our Faith in this by CONSISTENTLY Expecting to Win, CONSISTENTLY doing the Correct things, and choosing to NEVER EVER GIVE UP.
So Congrats go out again to Big Murph, and let his story Inspire you to GET ON IT DOG’ON IT!!
