1.Movement Stretches x 10 each

3 x 100 yd sprint @ 50-60%

10 x 100 yd sprint @ 80-100%, rest 1 minute between each sprint

2. 50 / 100 squats, 50 / 100 Pushups

The WORD tells us plainly that YOU REAP WHAT YOU SOW!  And it also says that this principle of SOWING AND REAPING will never change as long as the earth is here!  Just to keep it simple I just want you to understand that when you “Sow” Consistent Effort towards your health, you will eventually REAP THE BENEFITS.  And you must understand that in most cases you are immediately “reaping” benefits in the natural, but you just may not be able to “see” or “feel” them in the short term.  So all this to say: DONT GROW WEARY IN WELL DOING, BECAUSE AT THE RIGHT TIME YOU WILL REAP YOUR HARVEST!!!
