Check out me and my Beautiful amazing Hot wonderful wife!  We are blessed and walk in His Grace everyday, and expect to continue to thrive for many many many more years!

We both are now in our 40’s, and life is better than it ever has been.  It is not any easier, and we still face challenges, yet we walk in His Love and Grace everyday, understanding more and more who we are In Christ.  The more we understand who we are In HIM, the more we realize we have literally already won any battle we are facing or will ever face.  We win.  We won!

Speaking of age, as we get older things change.  Many times those changes, particularly with our health, are not changes that we “want” or desire.  And at the same time, many of those health changes are not just something we have to accept.  Many of those things we can, and should, do something about. 

Today I was reading an article related to this age issue and how it relates to health.  The author did a great job of laying out recommendations of how to focus and or adjust our health habits as we get older.  They actually lay out specific recommendations for the “20’s”, “30’s”, and all the way up to the “80”s.  I am not saying I agree with everything that was said, but for all that I read, I liked it enough to want to pass it on to you.  I believe it may help you.  Check it out at this link:
