3 quik workouts – choose the burpees!!

Here are some examples of quick workouts for you:

1. 1 minute Run n place, 1 min max pushup, 1 min max squat, 1 min max situp

2. 3 minute walk/jog, 5 sets of 1 minute fast run, 1 minute walk

3. Max Burpees for 5 minute

Ok, there are 3 great, easy, and quick workouts for you.  Takes no equipment, just a little time and gumption.  **I am sure you will choose the Burpees!!
