Low Back – Part V

Friends and neighbors

I know i said yesterday that Part IV was the last part of the Low Back series, but I forgot to include a very important component to recovery for lower back issues and maintenance of good lower back health.  That component is Chiropractic care.

Chiropractic care is a great source for anyone dealing with lower back issues.  No, it is not the answer to every spinal problem, but in my experience it is one of the first places to seek help.  Many lower back, mid back, and upper back or neck issues due come from an alignment issue.  Now the symptoms may be showing something else, but the underlying, or root, cause often times is misalignment of the spine.  And there is no better resource than a good qualified Chiropractor to handle this.  Now for most, chiropractic care is there last option.  And by that time, the problem is usually pretty severe and it is going to take more than just 1 or 2 visits to get it handled.

In my specific case, Chiropractic care was not the answer at the time.  But in my years of dealing with back and neck issues, Chiropractic care has served me very well and it is usually my first option.  Here in the Carrollton area I would highly recommend my good friend Dr. Dave Schumacher with Action Chiropractic.  He is very “pro-active” and does an excellent job.  He is great with handling the root issue and training the client to retrain the nervous system and muscular system to stay in the correct alignment or “position.”  And as i said that I have not had any serious low back issues since that last one 3 years ago, i still have minor issues from time to time like soreness from working out and or pains or “twinges” from “weekend warrior” stuff.  If this happens and I dont see an improvement within 1 or 2 days I will call Dr. Dave and make an appointment.  With these alignment issues, the faster you get them handled, the better off you are.  Trust me.

YOUR HEALTH, YOUR LIFE, YOUR CHOICE, Godbless u kj
