Friends and neighbors

Man we are going to have a great weekend this weekend.  My family is coming up for the weekend to celebrate Joshua Paul’s birthday.  It is going to be a high energy weekend with a lot of good ole family time.  I am really looking forward to it.  We just built a fire pit and laid out some nice big rocks around it that came out  of the creek from our property over on Turkey Heaven Moutain.  So we are going to have some fun around the camp fire, adults and kids both.  And oh yes of course when you have kids and a camp fire you have to have “smores.”  So all in all it is going to be  a great weekend. 

You know I get a lot of great responses from people on how much these posts mean to them and how they look forward to them.  And it is just proof positive and great confirmation for me that I am doing the right thing.  My goal is always to be an inspiration to others with these posts.  I do my best to send out info that God has put on my heart each day.  And as I always have said, if it is good then it is God.  If it aint good, then I must have missed it.   But please understand that I always have you on my heart when I send these out, and HE has you on His heart.  So I just want to say THANK YOU for allowing me to have you as part of what we are doing here at God-Built to help you and all others to literally take control of your health and life.
