Finish Strong-2 Simple Examples for you: Goal, Plan

FINISH STRONG!! Yes, that is what we are going to do for these last 2 months of 2011.  One thing you can do to help yourself is to simply make a GOAL and then a PLAN to Finish Strong.  This would simply be writing down a few goals for health and or life improvement.  And of course you follow this up by making a simple plan that will help you get there.  Here is a basic example:

1.Goal: Not gain any weight through the holiday season.

Plan: Drink only water, sodas teas, etc only 1-2 times per week.  Cut back on grain products daily by cutting out 1 serving from normal intake.  Eat whatever I want at holiday parties, only having one plate.

2.Goal: Be ready physically to workout intensely at first of year

Plan: Workout 2 times per week doing basic movements in an INTERVAL format

There are 2 basic examples for you.  Again, these are just examples but you can use them to help you in setting your own goals for Finishing the year off Strong.  Keep it simple and SIMPLY  stay CONSISTENT.
