Thanksgiving Eating tips

Friends and neighbors

Thanksgiving is here, and I am excited.  I love holidays especially because of family time.  And THANKSGIVING is a huge one since the focus is on Thanks-giving.  So take time this week to be EXTRA THANKFUL for all your many blessings.

And on the note of Thanksgiving we all know that usually means a lot of food and very tasty food.  And I will be the first to say that I am going to eat many different foods with no condemnation.  Also, I want you to enjoy yourself during this time and the meals coming up, but I also ask you to be “sensible.”  Here are a few Thanksgiving Eating Tips for you that can help to keep you on track with improved health and still have all the good food that comes along with this awesome holiday:  Eat a small snack about 1-2 hours before the big meal/s; Eat slow, cause if you dont you will almost surely eat too much; Exercise the days before, during, and after; Eat a “normal” size plate slowly, then wait about 5 minutes, if you still want more get it; BE THANKFUL to those who prepared the meal and the The ONE who makes it all possible!

HAVE A GREAT THANKSGIVING AND Get on it dog’on it!

YOUR HEALTH, YOUR LIFE,YOUR CHOICE  Godbless u kj
