KJ’s Diet for past 10 days

The following is a list of the last several days of the FAST and dietary changes I have made:

Days 1-4  Fruits,Vegetables, and Water.  I added in 2-3 servings per day of Whey Protein 25 grams per serving.  usual day for the four days = breakfast fruit shake of 2+ serv. fruit with whey protein, snack 1-2 serv fruit, lunch 3 serv vegetables 2 serv fruit, snack 1 serving whey protein, dinner 3+ serv vegetable 2 serv fruit.

Days 5-6  Pretty much same just added in nuts with snacks

Days 7-today  Same, added in meat and little dairy*.  only Dairy i recommend is “organic” “whole” milk,, yogurt, etc.  My family actually uses a true “Raw” milk from a local farmer.

Hope this helps you some.  It has helped me a lot.  ‘And as everytime I do a fast that starts with vegetables and fruits only I am forced to find a way to get more of those into my diet, because it is all I eat during those days.  you can modify your dietary changes how you want, just make sure you work on improving your quality and control the quantity.

    • m1- turnip grees, kale, peppers, onions, broccoli
      m2- green beans, black eyed peas, carrots,
      m3- peppers, zucchini, asparagus
      sn1- apple, orange
      sn2- apple, banana
      sn3- orange, blueberries, strawberries
