Foods you can get easily from local sources – much better for you!

I had the great opportunity to speak to a group of people during an ‘anti aging” seminar last night.  We had a great time and I was able to give them some simple, but profound info.  Part of that info was just good sound Nutrition info.  One of the issues we covered was how available the following foods are in our local area through local farmers: meat from cow or deer; eggs; dairy; vegetables.

I would dare say if you are reading this then you either know someone or know someone who knows someone who grows the above listed whole, all natural foods the “all natural” way.  So take some time and find out where you can get the above foods from locally grown sources.  The quality and “power” of these foods is so much more and so much better for you.  Get on it dog’on it!
