Beach Diet continued! Please help by commenting w/ recipes, etc

Here is our Dinner for last nite: Shrimp, zucchini, squash, peppers, tomatoes.  All sauteed in olive oil.  It was some good stuff.  We usually have this 1/week or 1/2 weeks, and have rice or pasta with it.  Going with our Beach Diet all we had to do was leave out the pasta/rice.  Very simple. Very delicious. 

I expect that since we had so many requests for the Beach Diet that now we have many people following it to some extent.  Remember it is set up to get you some quick results, but the main thing I like about it is that it requires self discipline, making smarter and healthier choices, and requires you to literally TAKE CONTROL of your Nutrition.  So “Yeh” for looking better, but that will be very short lived if you dont use this 2 week Diet as a means to create some better long term healthy eating habits.

**Please post any comments about this diet that you have.  Especially any recommendations for people like recipes, better ways to stick with the plan, etc.   Remember we are all in this together, and other people may need your help.
