Exercise is 1 key. And it dont take long!

2 Great pics of the boys here holding what we call the “hermit crab shells”.  I went diving and got a bunch of these out in the ocean with the little hermit crabs in them.  And of course the boys loved it.  If you look close enough you can see the crabs legs in the top pic. 

Remember this:  Exercise is 1 key for improved health.  Most everyone knows this but they dont realize that it really is very simple and doesnt have to take a lot of time.  Most of my personal workouts, approx. 80%+ are under 10 minutes, and many of those are anywhere from 3-7 minutes.  Now yes I have been doing this for a long time and I know what I need to do and how to do it.  ANd yes I push myself very hard most of the time.  But you really dont have to know a whole lot in order to get great results from short, high intensity workouts.  And remember that “high intensity” is relative to you and your level of fitness.  So dont use the old excuse of “i dont have the time” because it aint gonna fly any more.  Make it happen, and make 5-10 minutes 4+ times per week for exercise.  and make sure you find out the most effective, time effecient exercises along with how to do them properly.
