EASY N HEALTHY BREAKFAST CHOICES!


beach22012Now here are 2 good looking boys!  And they are some good Sand Castle builders!  I pulled this pic out because I am getting excited about going to the beach this year.  I like some FUN N THE SUN! 

Yesterday, or some day earlier this week, I talked about a very simple and effective way to increase your health, performance, and lose body fat.  It was a simple GUIDE for your lunch and dinner meals: natural meat choice, 2-3 whole vegetables, no or very very little grains.  This is really not hard at all to do and is very healthy.  Man this is something that can render great results for you if you are willing to just start doing it and do it consistently.

Today, lets talk just a little about what you can easily do for a healthier Breakfast.

Here is a simple Guide for that.  Choose 1 of the following for breakfast:

Shake- 20-30 grms whey protein, 2 serv frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc), 1 tbsp ground flaxseed / chia seed / all natural peanut butter.  use spring / filtered water.  blend.  * if you use frozen fruit you dont have to use ice.

1-3 whole eggs, 1 slice whole grain toast w/ all nat. peanut butter, 1 piece fruit

all natural meat choice, 1 slice whole grain bread/toast w/ peanut butter n honey

There are 3 samples of healthier breakfasts that are simple.  You can make up your own, just keep the grains low, get good sources of protein and fat.  Easy!!
