HEALTH TIPS FOR YOU


obstaclecoursejpdbI may have posted this pic before, but thought it was too cool to not post for today.  This is Joshua Paul and David Ben setting up an OBSTACLE COURSE here at God-Built.  ONce they show it to you, you have to watch them go thru it also.  Good stuff!

HEALTH TIPS FOR YOU:

BE THANKFUL – Being Thankful helps bring His Peace that is inside you.  His Peace brings “great” health.

NO CONDEMNATION – Stay out of Condemnation.  Condemnation kills and destroys.  Condemnation brings Fear and Guilt.  Fear brings Stress, and we all know how extremely Negatively stress affects the Body!

MOVE– Just find a way to MOVE / Exercise everyday.  Be movement minded and find ways to walk more, run to your car, do 20 pushups, do Lunges to one end of the house, get out in the yard and play with the kids and or dog, and of course you can come to God-Built and get a great Workout in too!

EAT JUST A LITTLE BETTER – Yes if you do a “complete overhaul” on your Eating program then that is great.  If you are not going to do that extreme of a thing then just plan and Expect to do 1 or 2 “Better” things each day with your Eating.  Simple yet Powerful!

BE CONFIDENT – Know that His Power Resides inside of you.  KNow that He wants you to “literally prosper and be in great Health”.  KNow that He has already Empowered you to literally take control and keep control of your health and life.  Know that it is all just because He Loves YOU!!!
