Your WEEKEND WORKOUT!


boysnmasksI couldnt resist.  I just had to post this pic again of the boys and their “Superhero” masks.  There are some cool and “tuff” dudes!

Here is you a simple Weekend Workout.  You can do this over the course of Fri, Sat, and Sun, or you can combine it and complete all in 1 or 2 days:

1. Friday – Max Squats n 30 seconds, Max Pushups n 30 seconds, Max Situps in 30 seconds.  Repeat 3 times for a total of 3 rounds.  Take no breaks between exericises or rounds. (keep up with your total reps n each exercise)

2. Saturday – Run for 10 minutes (run at a steady state for the whole 10 minutes or run 1 minute, walk 1 minute)

 Rest 2-3 minutes then Choose 3 exercises from our Exercise demos right here on godbuilt.com.  Complete 30 reps of each.

3. Sunday – Go for a fast walk/hike with the family.  Or do “sprints” in the yard with the kids.
