Easy Nutrition Formula for lunch & dinner meals

One of the easiest “Nutrition formulas” to follow for a healthy meal = Lean meat + 2-3 servings of vegetables.  This is really so simple.  Just take a favorite meat choice and add 2-3 servings of 2 or more of your favorite “nutrient rich” vegetables.  Those vegetables can be any of the following, but not limited to just the following: Turnip Greens, collard greens, broccoli, zucchini, squash, green beans, asparagus, kale, spinach, tomatoes, peppers, and on and on.

Following the above nutrition formula for your lunch and dinner meals really makes it simple.  And remember a great idea is to cook enough to have leftovers for lunch the next day.  This is an Easy way to improve your nutrition and therefore improve your health!!  Keep it simple, because it is!
