God was just reminding me of who we are here at God-Built, and what our purpose is: GOING INTO ALL THE WORLD TEACHING PEOPLE WHO THEY ARE IN CHRIST, THROUGH FITNESS!!

We, me and you, are “GOD-BUILT”! 

We are Built By HIM!

He does Love us and He does have GOOD PLANS for us!

HE is so Good to us!

HIS Best is what is Best for us, and it is GOOD!

We have already Overcome and Won because of HIM!

Nothing can stop us, with HIM for us!

We can, and we DO, take control of our Health and our Life because HE empowered us to do so!
