1 minute Max Squats

1 minute Max Pushups

1 minute Max Supercrunch

Complete max reps of each exercise in the 1 minute given.  No rest between exercises.  Perform full range of motion and excellent form on all reps.  Complete 1-3 rounds.  See video demos on homepage if needed.  GET ON IT DOG’ON IT
