Big MUD RUN coming up for Charity! Great Opportunity.

Choose 1 per day for Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

1. Max Squats n 4 minutes

2. Max Distance Running or Fast Walking in 7 minutes

3. Max Pushups n 3 minutes, Max Situps n 3 minutes

I have posted this “MUD” pic of Joshua Paul before.  The reason I am posting it again is because it is a great pic to ANNOUNCE a Big MUD Run coming up here locally.  Make sure and go to to see all the specs about this Mud Run that goes to a great charity.  This is a great opportunity to have some Fun, and to jump start your “Fitness” by having this as a goal to prepare for.  Remember it is always good to have GOALS.  And using a sporting Event as a motivator to Get More Active is a good thing.

Again make sure and go to to see all the specifics, and get your friends and coworkers involved.  Have a great weekend and make sure and GET ACTIVE this weekend.  Do 1 or more of the 3 workouts listed above, and GET ON IT DOG’ON IT!
