Some HEALTH and “having FUN” tips for your weekend

Do 1-3 Workouts over the Weekend!

1. For Best Time – 50 or 100 reps of each: Squat, Pushup, Situp, Lunges

2. Walk / Jog  2 minutes.  Then 3-6 rounds of: Run for 2 minutes, Walk for 1 minute

3. Movement Stretches x 8 each.  For Best Time- 50 Clean Squat Press.  (use barbell or dumbbells)

Check out the Johnson’s on a family Jeep (cj) ride.  This is actually a pic from the last cj I had.  I just got another one yesterday so “Jeep Riding” is on my mind!  (ye thats right s.h. and d.mac, got nother one!)  And I want to encourage you to GET OUT this weekend and have some FUN!  Soak up some Sun!

Get you 1-3 of the daily workouts in over the course of the next 3 days. 

Get some good ole Healthy and Revitalizing SUNSHINE. 

Eat some high quality foods in controlled portions. 

And just walk in HIS PEACE and have some FUN!
