TAKE 10!! Do this and get Stress Relief, NOW!

Movement Stretches x 9 each

For Best Time:

10, 9, 8, 7,…….,1 Front Squat (bb / dbs), Leg Tucks.  Perform 10 front squats with a barbell or dumbbells then 10 leg tucks.  Next do 9 front squats then 9 leg tucks.  Keep going down in descending order until you get to 1 rep of each.

This is pic of the boys on their way to their new classrooms for their First Day of school 2014!  Joshua Paul is in 3rd grade and David Ben is a Kindergartener!!  Daddy had to hold back the tears this morning.  I love my boys!

Stop and Take 10!!  Do this for me, better yet for yourself right NOW:

Stop, Sit Back from your desk, and close your eyes.  Now Take 10 Slow Deep breathes (if you do not know about “deep breathing” or Power Breathing make sure and read up about it in our 40 Health and Life Journal you can download for FREE on the GB homepage).  As you are Breathing Deeply and slowly, concetrate on these Truths and speak them to yourself:

I Do NOT have to Stress

I Do NOT have to Worry.

I Do NOT have to be Uptight and Tense.

I am set Free from Stress, Worry, and Doubt.  I DO NOT FEAR!

God has given me a spirit of Power, Love, and a Sound MIND!

I Do NOT have to let my Body Control ME.  I control it.

I Do NOT have to let my Emotions control me, I control them.

I Control my thoughts and choose to think GOOD thoughts.

This is my health and my life, and I choose to Expect, Think, Speak, and Do great things accordingly!!

Remember you have been empowered by Jesus Christ Himself to walk in God’s Best and Abundance of peace, love, joy, and health.  It is your right!! 

You can use this little “Take 10” anytime during the day you need to.  And I know we all need to sometimes.
