Movement Stretches x 8 each before every workout

1.Max Burpees n 6 / 8 minutes

2. Max Rounds n 7 minutes of: 10 Pushup Leg Tucks, 10 Squat Jumps, 10 Xcrunch

3. Run for Max Distance in 10 minutes / Jump Rope max reps n 10 minutes

Check out the pic from our GB Christmas Breakfast this morning.  We went to our friend’s place, Maple Street Diner this morning!  THanks little Kim!  It was fun and a great tradition we started several years back.  I know we do it a little too early for some of you, but I am sure you were thinking of us!

HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS.  I love you.  All of us here at God-Built love and appreciate you being part of our Team, and part of what God is doing for The Kingdom here at God-Built and throughout all the world.  This has been an awesome year, and we are expecting still to finish Strong, all the while expecting even more of His Abundance in our health and lives.  Again thank you so much, we love you, and MERRY CHRISTMAS!  ANd remember, the whole reason for Christmas is based completely on HIS LOVE FOR YOU: For God so loved the world that HE sent His only begotten Son, that who so ever Believes on Him shall not perish but have EVERLASTING LIFE!!
