When is the Best Time to Get Started?

Fast as you can, Perform 1 rep of each exercise, then 2 reps each, then 3, and so on until you reach 10.  *you can go higher if want to!

1,2,3,4,….10 Pushup Leg Tuck, Xcrunch (r,l=1), Squat Press w/ dbs or barbell

This is a pic from our 5:15am workout group this morning.  Man they are dedicated, they work hard, and it pays off! 

Remember one of the worst things you can do is to “wait for the right time” to get started with an Exercise and or Nutrition plan.  The “right” time is NOW.  Many times we keep waiting until everything just lines up perfect or like the old saying: when all the stars line up!  Well guess what, there most likely is going to always be good reasons why we need to wait and why NOW is not the best time.  But for us, that is a lie!  NOW is the absolute best time.  You were made for NOW!  God already made you more than a conqueror, so NOW is your time!  GET ON IT DOG’ON IT, NOW!
