First I just want to say thank you to the Good Lord on this holiday in  celebrating Martin Luther King Jr and all his efforts and the many others who did so much to help bring CHANGE, and equality for all people in this great nation.  I realize we are not perfect, but man we have come a long ways, and we expect to keep growing in this great nation! 

Check out the picture as I believe this is a great representation of God-Built workouts.  We have young, older (wiser), middle aged, men, women all working hard to improve their fitness.  They are each at different levels of ability with some using just bodyweight, some using dumbbells, another using a barbell, some going slower, some going faster, some modifying the movement range, etc.  *(this is just a few of the people during one of the workouts since my camera cant take a wide enough shot to get all)  The 1 thing that is Consistent is they are all there and working hard! 

We say it many times, and we will continue to say it: Anyone at any level of fitness can perform our God-Built SuperFit group workouts.  Each person simply has to come in and start slow, GO AT THEIR OWN LEVEL, Keep Control, and Progress / Improve as they keep coming.  And if for any reason an individual still feels like they need more personal attention then we for sure offer PERSONAL TRAINING!  We can work with individuals one on one and or in small private groups of 2-5 people in order to be able to closer focus in on the individuals needs.  Either way, we believe we can help you.  Just get your butt over hear and lets GET ON IT DOG’ON IT!
