This is a cool pic of some GB athletes doing some “bag pushes” for Speed Development.  Bag Pushes, Sled Pulls, Sled Pushes, and Resistance Belt Sprints are all great drills for helping athletes to learn to “PUSH” through the ground for improved speed.  These drills are also great for anyone just flat out wanting a great workout! 

Here at GB we have had the pleasure to work with 6 year olds all the way up to 80+ year olds.  We have worked with clients in private 1 on 1 sessions and group sessions of 50+ people.  We have coached adults wanting to simply improve their overall fitness / health, and those too having special needs such as post rehab therapy.  We have worked with many youth for general fitness improvements and also been privileged for almost 20 years now to work with scores of athletes.  Some of the athletes we have worked with were competitors in: Football, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Boxing, Cheerleading, MotoCross, Basketball, Tennis, Golf, Soccer, and Track.  And I am sure I left some out.  All in all we just flat out have been BLESSED!  And yes I know it is hard to believe, but I have been at this for almost 20 years!  Man I sure have learned a lot, and finding out everyday I have much more to learn.  Anyway, all this to simply say we ARE BLESSED to have had and continue to have the opportunity to help people to TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR HEALTH AND LIVES!  ye baby!
