PAST VICTORIES. Use them to be Successful.

Movement Stretches x 8

10 Squats, 10 Pushups, 10 Leg Tucks

Max Burpee Lateral Hop in 5 minutes.  *Stand beside any object knee high or shorter (box, cone, book, etc) Perform a burpee, then jump over object laterally.  Perform another burpee and jump back over to the side you started on.  Keep going!

You may have seen the above picture before here on  This is the last LexusCruiser I owned and one of the Jeep CJs I built.  I ran across this picture and it helped me to stay positive and Excited about my 2 other current CJ projects I have going!  See these 2 projects are taking way more time and effort than I thought, but I know it will pay off.  And pay off big time! 

In the process of us striving to Improve in any area of our lives, it is important to find ways to keep ourselves Inspired.  Using PAST VICTORIES is one of those key ways to do this.  Find a way to focus on Past Victories, rehearse them in your mind, and convince yourself that you will see a Victory in your currect process!  Do like I just did and use pictures if you have them!!
