Movement Stretches x 8

10, 9, 8, 7,…1 Squat, Pushup, SuperCrunch.  *perform 10 squats, 10 pushups, 10 supercrunches.  Then do 9 of each.  Then 8 of each and keep going until you finish at 1 rep of each exercise. 

Here is another updated pic of my CJ7 Laredo!  As we discussed last week it is important for all of us to keep “pictures” in front of us for inspiration and motivation.  Looking at pictures of my “present” condition for my CJ is motivating for me now because of how awesome it looks and how “close” it is to completed.  Up until just a couple of weeks ago though, I did not have a “present” picture for motivation.  My jeep did not look anything like this and therefore not even close to my ultimate goal for it.  So I had to use my imagination to remind, motivate, and inspire myself to stay in the mode of EXPECTATION for finishing the project. 

Keep pictures in front of yourself for motivation and inspiration to help you “finish” your personal health project.  And if you dont have anything that you would consider positive as far as a “present” picture, USE YOUR IMAGINATION!!  That is a big reason why God gave us IMAGINATIONS: To be able to “SEE” and be Inspired by what we may not be able to “see” right now in the present.
