Choose 1-2 for the Weekend:

1. Movement Stretches x 9

1,2,3,4,…. Burpee, Situp.  *Go as far as you can in 6 minutes.  Do 1 burpee, 1 situp.  Then do 2 burpees, 2 situps.  Keep going in ascending order.

2. 10+ Min – Walk, run, Bike, Row, Jrope, etc

Check out DT getting on it dog’on in his 70’s!  Hmmm, makes you say “NO EXCUSES”! 

Remember dont accept less than His best for you in your health and every other area of your life.  As far as your health and fitness, do NOT just accept that you have to automatically decline in fitness as you age.  That is a lie!  Yes things change as we get older, but that in no way means you just “take whatever comes”.  That is a surefire way to get poor health in many ways.  Much of the decline in health people experience as they age is from abuse and “lack of use”.  So NO EXCUSES, Take Charge, and GET ON IT DOG’ON IT!
