Look at David Ben in the picture knocking out some Pushup Rows!!  I thought this may give you some inspiration for today’s daily workout (GB DW). 

Our Goal for the GB DWs (God-Built Daily Workout) is to give you simple and quick workouts that you can do with little to no equipment.  We almost always give you some kind of warmup such as:

Movement Stretches – our series of “Active” Stretches that we have been doing for almost 20 years now as part of most of our workouts. 

10-15 reps of basic movements like squats, pushups, situps, supercrunches, let tucks, etc

1-2 Minutes of light movements such as running, walking, running in place, jump rope, etc

Then we follow with the more intense part which usually only calls for about 3-7 minutes.  And of course you have the option always to add time or take away time as needed.

Overall of course we want you to know that you can do any of the workouts we put up on godbuilt.com.  You can modify the workouts any way you need or want to in order to fit your needs and desires.  We simply try to supply what we believe are effective movements done at a moderate to high intensity.  You always do the movements correctly, and do them at “Your Own Level” of ability.  We have videos of many of the movements and stretches posted up on the home page for you to review. **(currently we are having technical difficulties and the videos are not up, but we will get that fixed.)

The main thing as far as Exercise is simply to GET MOVING.  Find a way to make it happen.  Dont overwhelm yourself.  And remember 3,4,5, 7 minutes a day of moderate to high intensity Exercise can make a big difference in your health.  So GET ON IT DOG ON IT!
