New research: Best Breakfast for Fat Loss!

GB Nutrition- Try a “High Protein” breakfast.  Some research has come out showing a breakfast high in protein can help to accelerate fat loss.  This is really nothing new, but there are more specifics being known.  I recommend trying it for 3 weeks: Whey Protein Concentrate/Isolate mixed in cold water.  Of course find a brand that you like the taste.  I recommend anywhere from 25-5o grms protein per breakfast.  This may be a lot less than you normally eat for breakfast and you may think you will be too hungry, but try it anyway for 3 weeks and see how it goes.

GB Exercise- GB DW for 10+ min walk 1 min, Run 1 min.  Each round you can increase how fast you run
