Quick Tips for Health Improvements:

Know that God Loves you and that through Jesus Christ He has already put everything inside you that empowers you to take control of your health and life.

Focus on staying in His Peace.  Stay out of fear, Condemnation, Stress!

Choose to THINK on the “right” things

Choose to SPEAK the “right” things

Control Food, and dont let it control you.

Move/Exercise daily.  And choose to do a little longer or “more intense” workouts 2-4 times per week.

Get Excited

Be THANKFUL!
